What is Young Managers Program?
AfrilEAD Institute in partnership with Engineers Without Borders Canada, Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development and Lundin Foundation has launched a fellowship program this year and we are seeking applications. The AfriLEAD Young Manager’s Program is a 6 months fellowship which aims at delivering a sustainable, effective and impactful training program to develop young Technical Assistance Providers able to improve performance and investment readiness of early stage growth agricultural SMEs in Ghana and West Africa. Following the program, fellows will be supported to explore new career opportunities in technical assistance provisioning or an entry level management position in agribusinesses. The program will seek to maximize the technical provider output with training, work experience and career/networking guidance.
